    Project / Roadmap

The roadmap is a sequence of evidence, not a calendar.

The phases below come from the canonical Felunyx roadmap. A phase stops being active only when its criteria actually close; there is no decorative percentage or invented date to make the project look more predictable than it is.

    Every phase

From a reproducible skeleton to the native desktop, without skipping the boring steps.

Order matters. Shared platform, recovery, hardware, and profiles come before making the native desktop critical path. That keeps interesting research separate from delivered promises.

    1. Phase 1

      Foundation and architecture

      Available

establish one canonical understanding of what Felunyx is and how it will be built.

      In development

produce a minimal, repeatable, bootable Felunyx image without pretending the full experience exists.

      Active-phase evidence

These gates belong to the current state of the active phase. They are not an overall distro score: passing R does not imply passing V; passing V does not imply passing H.
